McCracken Kitty Kat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization here to provide temporary homes, care, and compassion for homeless cats, and to find loving, permanent homes for each and every one of them. We believe in giving every cat a second chance, and in the power of love, patience, and dedication to helping them thrive. Our goal is to end the cycle of homelessness, neglect, and abuse for cats, and to improve their quality of life through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption. With a focus on education, community outreach, and collaboration with other animal welfare organizations, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of cats and the people who care for them.

PetSmart Charities is a leading funder of animal welfare, providing support and resources to help animals in need across the country. Through our partnership with PetSmart Charities, we have the opportunity to showcase adoptable cats in local PetSmart stores and reach a wider audience of potential adopters.
PetSmart Charities also provides funding for spay/neuter services, medical care, and other programs that support our mission to end homelessness and neglect for cats. Their commitment to improving the lives of animals is a true testament to the positive impact that can be made when organizations work together.

McCracken Kitty Kat Rescue is proud to participate in NBCUniversal’s “Clear the Shelters” events. During “Clear the Shelters,” McCracken Kitty Kat Rescue waives adoption fees for all cats and kittens. This is a great opportunity to find a furry friend at a fraction of the cost.
